Refunds & Replacements
Our goal is to deliver cookies you love and an experience that feels thoughtful and easy. Because our products are food items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
That said, if something isn’t right with your order, we want to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your cookies arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right. In approved cases, we may offer a replacement order at our discretion.
Shipping & Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Junita’s Jar is not responsible for orders that are undelivered or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
